CAN I HAVE INDIVIDUAL VENEERS MADE OR ONLY MULTIPLE VENEERS?

Sure. If there is one tooth that is darker or out of place, individual veneers can be made.

DO THEY HAVE TO BE SUPER-WHITE?

No. Together with Dr Mike and Eli Cohen, the porcelain veneer technician, you can choose a shade that looks the most natural for your smile.

ARE PORCELAIN VENEERS STRONG?

Very strong. Dr Mike will cement your new veneers with a special glue that bonds them firmly to your teeth.

WILL THEY LOOK NATURAL?

Absolutely. Because they are ultra-thin and have similar optical qualities to natural teeth, your family and friends will think you have a beautiful, perfect smile and the fact that they’re veneers will be a secret!

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?

You will need two appointments. The first appointment involves shaping your teeth to be veneered, taking an impression and fitting temporary veneers.. Because they are so thin, only a very limited amount of tooth removal is required. Two weeks later, your porcelain veneers are ready from the laboratory to be bonded on.

DO I HAVE ANY INPUT IN THEIR SHAPE?

Yes. Before we start, you can discuss the shape and shade that you prefer with the technician. Designing beautiful porcelain veneers is a team effort and your input is most welcome.

CAN I CLOSE SPACES WITH VENEERS?

Yes. Porcelain veneers are often used to straighten teeth and close spaces, if necessary. Because of the dramatic improvements achieved in such a short treatment time, porcelain veneers are often called “instant orthodontics”.

DO YOU HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE IN PLACING VENEERS?

Yes, Dr Mike has placed thousands of veneers in his 30 year career.
